Training for Organisations
Training for Organisations
What's included?
Training
We offer tailored training sessions and ongoing support that address the human side of workplace wellbeing. Each session is designed to meet the specific needs of your team and may focus on:
Relationships
Helping staff navigate relational dynamics with empathy and self-awareness—at work, with clients, or in their personal lives. Training covers emotional communication, conflict resolution, boundaries, and team cohesion.
Grief
It shows up in many ways—through death, illness, personal transitions, or collective loss. Training supports your team in understanding the grief process, how it may appear at work, and how to respond to colleagues (or themselves) with care and compassion.
Loss
It isn’t always dramatic—sometimes it’s invisible but deeply felt. Whether your team is facing change, burnout, or emotional fatigue, we create space to acknowledge what’s hard and build tools to hold it together.
ASIST
ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) is a two-day interactive workshop that teaches participants to recognise suicide risk, respond with empathy, and develop a safety plan to support life.
How we support you
Emotional Intelligence
Training nurtures emotional awareness and empathy helping you, your team respond with kindness, strengthening relationships, leadership, & authentic connection.
Resilience & Burnout Prevention
We explore grief, stress, and change openly—equipping staff with tools to stay grounded, recover, and protect against emotional exhaustion over time.
Supportive Workplace Culture
Together, we build emotional safety and respect, fostering a culture where vulnerability is honoured and employees feel truly supported through life’s challenges.
Practical Tools
Staff learn clear, compassionate strategies for managing tension, expressing empathy, setting boundaries, and responding thoughtfully to grief or distress in the workplace.
What you can expect
Sessions are conversational, reflective, and practical. We don’t lecture—we create space for meaningful conversation, connection, and real learning. Depending on your team’s needs, training may include interactive discussions, reflective exercises, emotional literacy tools, or role-based scenarios.
Each session is tailored to your organisation. You might be looking for a one-off workshop, a series of shorter sessions, or ongoing training support. We can shape something gentle for a team experiencing burnout, or go deeper for those navigating grief, change, or interpersonal challenges.
Timeframes and content are flexible and designed in collaboration with you. Please reach out to discuss your needs and request a quote.
ASIST Training We also offer Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)—a two-day, internationally recognised program that equips participants to respond safely and compassionately to individuals at risk of suicide. ASIST workshops will be available starting September 2025.
FAQ's
For any organisation that values emotional wellbeing. We’ve worked with healthcare teams, educators, social services, not-for-profits, corporate teams, and small businesses. Everyone has a heart—and we all benefit from learning how to care for it.
Absolutely. We’ll work together to shape the content and tone of the session depending on what your team is facing or needing support with.
We offer both online and face-to-face sessions. These can be delivered in a webinar format, where information is presented with time for questions at the end, or as longer, more interactive sessions. Interactive formats may include small group discussions, opportunities to practise communication skills, and guided reflection to help participants integrate the learning into their own experiences.
No—this is not clinical therapy. These sessions are reflective, educational, and relational. If deeper therapeutic support is needed, we can recommend appropriate pathways.
