Bereavement Counselling
One of the most painful experiences in life is the death of a family member, a friend or a loved one. The grief experience can be confusing, overwhelming and isolating to navigate. Sometimes, society’s expectations suggest that we should grieve in a certain way, or within a certain timeframe. Sometimes, we put pressure on ourselves that we should be “over it” by now, or that we should be strong for others.
Within the grieving experience, there are no time limits; there is no perfect way to grieve; no words that are going to magically take away your pain. However, you don’t have to be alone in this process. Bereavement Counselling provides a safe space for you to explore your grieving experience, support you in making sense of it and helping you nurture and honour that part of you.

Session details
Bereavement counselling is available for both individuals and couples. Each session will run for 50 minutes.
