Fees And Payment
At Rebecca Coombes Counselling, our pricing is transparent and reflects the quality, care, and experience offered in every session. Fees vary depending on the type of service—individual, couples, or group.

Payment Details and Policies
1. Payment Options: You can pay by card after each session, or an invoice can be
issued following the session. Invoices must be paid by the end of the month.
2. Medicare: Please note that counselling services are not eligible for Medicare rebates.
3. Concessions: Concession rates may be available for eligible clients. Please enquire
prior to booking.
4. Receipts: Available upon request for personal records or insurance purposes.
5. Cancellations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late cancellations may incur the full session fee.
6. Late Payments: May result in additional charges or a temporary pause on future
bookings until payment is received.
7. Refunds: Missed sessions without prior notice are not refundable. In exceptional
circumstances, some flexibility may be offered.
Payment Methods
Paying for your session is easy and flexible, with several convenient options available.
We accept the following:
1. Card Payment – Most credit/debit cards accepted, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
2. Bank Transfer – Details available upon request after the session.
3. Cash – Exact amount only, please.
